Instructions
- Trim the stem ends off the @[Brussels Sprouts] and remove any yellowed outer leaves. Halve each sprout lengthwise through the stem so they lay flat. Pat them dry thoroughly with #[Paper Towel] — dry sprouts = crispier results.
- In a large #[Mixing Bowl], toss the halved @[Brussels Sprouts] with @[Olive Oil], @[Garlic] minced, @[Garlic Powder], @[Kosher Salt], and @[Black Pepper] until every sprout is evenly coated.
- Preheat your #[Air Fryer] to ![375°F] for ~[3 minutes]. Arrange the @[Brussels Sprouts] in a single layer, cut-side down, in the #[Air Fryer] basket. Work in batches if needed — overcrowding prevents crisping. Air fry at ![375°F] for ~[12–15 minutes], shaking the basket halfway through, until the cut sides are deeply golden and the outer leaves are crispy.
- Transfer the hot @[Brussels Sprouts] to a serving bowl. Immediately drizzle with @[Balsamic Glaze] and a squeeze of fresh @[Lemon Juice], then toss gently. Top with freshly grated @[Parmesan Cheese] and serve right away.
