  • 6 stalks celery washed, trimmed, and cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter natural or regular, at room temperature for easy spreading

Instructions

  1. Wash the @[Celery] stalks thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry with #[Paper Towel]. Trim the leafy tops and the base of each stalk, then cut each stalk into 3-inch pieces (you should get about 3–4 pieces per stalk).
  2. Using a #[Knife], spread a generous layer of @[Creamy Peanut Butter] into the curved hollow (the 'log') of each @[Celery] piece. Fill it evenly from end to end without overfilling — about 1–1.5 teaspoons per piece works well.
  3. Press @[Raisins] gently into the @[Creamy Peanut Butter] in a single line down the center of each piece, spacing them slightly apart so they look like little ants marching along the log. Use about 3–5 @[Raisins] per piece.
  4. Arrange the finished logs on a plate and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to ~[2 days]. If desired, drizzle with @[Honey] or add any optional toppings before serving.
