Instructions

  1. 1

    Prep Tortillas for Oven Warming

Stack your tortillas together. Work in batches of five stacks or fewer if warming a large quantity. Wrap each stack completely in aluminum foil, fully enclosing the tortillas so they steam and stay soft during warming.

  2. 2

    Warm Tortillas in the Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap tortillas tightly in aluminum foil, fully sealed. Place in oven and heat 5 to 8 minutes for one stack, or 10 to 15 minutes for multiple stacks (up to five). Keep the foil sealed throughout — opening lets steam escape and dries them out.

  3. 3

    Serve Warm Tortillas

Remove the foil packet from the oven and keep it wrapped until ready to serve. The tortillas will have steamed inside, leaving them soft and pliable. Unwrap carefully, transfer to a serving plate or tortilla warmer, and serve immediately while still warm.
