Instrucciones
- 1
If making an ice ring: the day before, fill a Bundt pan halfway with water, ginger ale, or a mix of juice and water. Add a few orange slices and maraschino cherries for a decorative touch, then freeze solid overnight. This keeps the punch cold without diluting it.
- 2
Add the thawed lemonade concentrate and orange juice concentrate to a large mixing bowl. Stir well to break them up and combine.
- 3
Pour in the pineapple juice and cranberry juice cocktail. Stir to combine — this is your base. Taste it now; it should be sweet, citrusy, and a little tart.
- 4
Add the grenadine and stir gently. It will deepen the color to a beautiful ruby-orange and add a rich, fruity sweetness.
- 5
Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale along the side of the bowl to preserve as much fizz as possible. Give it one gentle stir.
- 6
Add the ice ring (or a generous amount of ice cubes) to the punch bowl. Float the orange and lemon slices on top and scatter in the maraschino cherries for a festive look.
- 7
Ladle into glasses and serve immediately while cold and fizzy. For a boozy version, stir in 2 cups of vodka, rum, or bourbon with the juice base in step 3 before adding the ginger ale.
