Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (347°F). Lightly grease a loaf pan.

Combine 1 ½ lb carne, 1 cebolla, 1 cup leche, 1 cup migas de pan, and 1 large huevo in a large mixing bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Press mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
