Instrucciones
- 1
Preheat your Oven to ![350°F]. Lightly grease a Loaf Pan or line a Baking Sheet with Aluminum Foil and coat with Cooking Spray.
- 2
In a large Mixing Bowl, combine the Breadcrumbs and Milk. Stir together and let sit for 2–3 minutes until the Breadcrumbs have absorbed the Milk. This panade keeps the meatloaf moist.
- 3
Add the Eggs, diced Yellow Onion, minced Garlic, Ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning, and Smoked Paprika to the Breadcrumbs mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
- 4
Add the Ground Beef to the bowl. Using your hands or a fork, gently mix everything together until just combined — do not overmix, as that will make the meatloaf dense and tough.
- 5
Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared Loaf Pan and press it in evenly, or shape it into a free-form loaf on the Baking Sheet (free-form allows more surface area for the glaze). Smooth the top.
- 6
In a small Mixing Bowl, whisk together the Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce until smooth.
- 7
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf. Reserve the remaining glaze for later.
- 8
Bake for 45 minutes, then remove from the Oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top. Return to the Oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes, until the internal temperature reads %[160°F] on an Meat Thermometer.
- 9
Remove from the Oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute and makes slicing much cleaner.
- 10
Slice into portions and serve with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or green beans.
