Brochetas Caprese
Instrucciones
- 1
Gather all your ingredients and pat the Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella Balls thoroughly dry with paper towels. Excess moisture will dilute the dressing and make the platter watery.
- 2
Thread each skewer in this order: one Cherry Tomato, one Basil leaf (folded in half), one Mozzarella Ball, another Basil leaf (folded in half), and one more Cherry Tomato. Repeat until you have about 12 skewers. Arrange them on a serving platter as you go.
- 3
Drizzle the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil evenly over all the skewers, making sure each one gets coated.
- 4
Drizzle the Balsamic Glaze in a zigzag pattern over the skewers. Don't skip this — it adds sweetness and tang that ties everything together.
- 5
Finish with a generous pinch of Flaky Sea Salt and a few cracks of Black Pepper over the top. Serve immediately at room temperature for the best flavor.
