Instrucciones
- 1
Preheat your Oven to ![375°F]. Lightly grease a 9-inch round or square Baking Dish (or a Cast Iron Skillet) with Cooking Spray or a thin layer of Olive Oil.
- 2
In a Mixing Bowl, beat the softened Cream Cheese with a Hand Mixer or sturdy Spatula until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add the Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Red Pepper Flakes (if using). Mix until fully combined.
- 3
Spread the seasoned Cream Cheese mixture in an even layer across the bottom of the prepared Baking Dish. Use a Spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it all the way to the edges.
- 4
Spoon the Pizza Sauce evenly over the Cream Cheese layer, spreading it gently so you don't disturb the layer beneath. Leave a small border around the edge if you like.
- 5
Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the Pizza Sauce. Then scatter the Pepperoni slices, diced Green Bell Pepper, and Black Olives (if using) over the cheese.
- 6
Top with the remaining ½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese and all of the Parmesan Cheese, spreading evenly so every bite gets plenty of melty cheese.
- 7
Place the Baking Dish on a Baking Sheet (to catch any bubbling drips) and bake at ![375°F] for 18–22 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- 8
For extra golden color on top, switch the Oven to ^[broil] for the last 2–3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning. Remove from the Oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes.
- 9
Scatter fresh Basil over the top if using. Serve immediately in the Baking Dish alongside toasted Baguette slices, Breadsticks, or Pita Chips for dipping.
