
Vinagreta Balsámica Favorita

La vinagreta balsámica es el aderezo perfecto para casi todas las ensaladas. Esta receta de vinagreta balsámica es fácil de hacer y logra el equilibrio perfecto entre ácida y dulce. La receta rinde un poco más de 3/4 de taza.
Instrucciones

In a measuring cups or mixing bowl, combine everything but the extra-virgin olive oil (the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic, fine sea salt and several twists of black pepper).

Stir the mixture well with a whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed together. While whisking, drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil until it's thoroughly combined.

Taste, and adjust as necessary. If the mixture is too acidic, thin it out with a bit more extra-virgin olive oil or balance the flavors with a little more maple syrup / honey. If the mixture is a little blah, add another pinch or two of fine sea salt. If it doesn't have enough zing, add balsamic vinegar by the teaspoon.

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for future use.
