Instrucciones
- 1
If you'd like a salted rim, run a Lemon wedge around the rim of a tall Glass (Large) (highball or pint glass), then dip the rim into a shallow plate of Celery Salt. Set aside.
- 2
Fill the Glass (Large) generously with Ice Cubes.
- 3
In a separate Mixing Bowl or Piping Bag (without ice), combine the Vodka, Tomato Juice, Lemon Juice, Prepared Horseradish, Worcestershire Sauce, Hot Sauce, Celery Salt, Black Pepper, and Paprika (if using). Add the Olive Brine if you like a slightly dirty, savory twist.
- 4
Stir well — or 'roll' the mixture by pouring it back and forth between the shaker and a second Glass (Large) 4–5 times. This chills and blends the drink without over-diluting or making it frothy. Avoid shaking vigorously.
- 5
Taste and adjust: more Prepared Horseradish for heat and punch, more Lemon Juice for brightness, more Worcestershire Sauce for depth, or more Hot Sauce for fire.
- 6
Pour the mixture over the ice in your prepared Glass (Large).
- 7
Garnish with a Celery stalk, a Lemon slice, skewered Green Olives, and a strip of Crispy Bacon if desired. Serve immediately.
